Piero's Pizza Highlighted on "Chicago's Best"

Piero’s Pizza in Highland Park was highlighted on a recent episode of WGN’s “Chicago’s Best” for their sausage deep dish pizza.

Show host Elliott Bambrough interviewed store owner Frank Guagliardo at the eatery at 737 Broadview Ave. and learned a bit about the “deep dish history” of Piero’s, but of course, “not the whole story.”

Some of Piero’s loyal customers also chimed in during the airing, which was highlighted as part of the city of Highland Park’s business and economic development newsletter this week.

“The cheese is awesome,” “the crust is crispy,” and “this is the best pizza around” were some of their reviews.
