Ravinia Neighbors Host Holiday Party at Old Shelton's Diner

The Ravinia Neighbors Association has chosen a unique spot for its Holiday Night Out event on December 11th – the old Shelton’s diner at 481 Roger Williams Ave. in Highland Park.

Since Shelton’s diner closed over a decade ago, customers have cherished many fond memories of the Shelton family, menu favorites and vignettes of a simpler time. If you’ve ever walked past and wondered about this much-loved local favorite, now’s your chance to check it out. In keeping with the reminiscent venue, the event is an old fashioned holiday party with food, drinks and give-aways from Ravinia businesses, plus local musician Linda Iovino on her accordion.

The event is free for Ravinia Neighbors Association members. Membership for the year is just $20, and when you join online at www.ravinianeighbors.org/join.html or purchase a ticket on Eventbrite using the link below, your ticket will come with a 1-year membership for your whole household.
