Snow Clean-Up Plan in Highland Park

The Public Works Department will haul snow from the Central Business District beginning tonight, February 3, at 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 4.

The Ravinia Business District and any remaining areas within the Central Business District will be cleared on Wednesday evening, February 4, again at 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 5.

It is expected that this snow hauling will significantly improve the reduced sight lines and parking spaces as well as clear up the sidewalks for pedestrian traffic.

As a reminder, businesses should not be distributing snow into handicap parking spaces.
