Speeder Tried to Elude Police: Cops
Residential burglaries reported on Hilary Lane and Sherwood Road in Highland Park.

IDENTITY THEFT
Lisa Fleitas, 37, of the 500 block of Sumac Road was arrested at 4:04 p.m. on Nov. 14 and charged with identity theft, credit card fraud and theft under $300 after police conducted an investigation after receiving a complaint.

ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE POLICE
Khadija Manzoor, 20, Morton Grove was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on Nov. 21 and charged with attempting to elude police and speeding after police attempted to conduct a traffic stop near the intersection of County Line Road and the Edens Expressway.

CRIMINAL DEFACEMENT
On Nov. 15 it was reported that an unknown individual(s) damaged public property with spray paint at a park located in the 2600 block of St. Johns Avenue.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
On Nov. 23 it was reported that an unknown individual(s) entered a home in the 1100 block of Hilary Lane by breaking the secured door to a garage and stole various items while the residents were away between Nov. 21 and Nov. 23.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
On Nov. 26 it was reported that an unknown individual(s) entered an open garage to a residence located in the 1500 block of Sherwood Road and stole various items between midnight and 10:30 a.m.
Three incidents of burglary to vehicle were reported this week as well.
