SPYRL Chicago Opens First GYROTONIC® Studio

HIGHLAND PARK, IL (FEBRUARY 25, 2016) – SPYRL™ Chicago officially opened its brand new, bright, light-filled GYROTONIC® studio at 1781 Green Bay Road in Downtown Highland Park on February 25th. The studio is just two blocks west of the Highland Park Metra Station and has ample free parking.

Gyrotonic is a revolutionary movement system that incorporates a series of gentle circular movements of yoga, tai chi, gymnastics, dance and swimming and is performed on specialized equipment to simultaneously stretch and strengthen the entire body with minimal effort. SPYRL offers individual and group sessions of up to 4 people by appointment.
