Three Highland Park Homes Burgled Last Week

The following information is from the Highland Park Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Residential burglary

Police are investigating a residential burglary that occurred on Sept. 15. Sometime between 11:45am and 6:15pm a residence in the 1000 block of Deerfield Road was broken into via force to the front door. Taken was cash and jewelry.

Police are also investigating a residential burglary that occurred sometime between 10:15am and 1:00pm on Sept. 18, unknown person(s) smashed open a rear living room window at a residence in the 200 block of Green Bay Road, Highland Park. Taken was jewelry, cash and a pillow case from a master bedroom.

Last, police are investigating a residential burglary that occurred sometime between 6:00pm on 9/19/14 and 2:00am on 9/20/14. Unknown subject(s) removed electronics from a residence in the 1500 block of McCraren Road. Taken was a Samsung Galaxy S3, a PlayStation 3 and five PlayStation games. There were no signs of forced entry at the residence.
