HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following is a record of arrests and incidents reported to police provided by the Highland Park Police Department. Readers are reminded that criminal charges, which can be dropped or reduced, represent merely accusations. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in court.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Erik Guadarrama-Dominguez, 19, of the 1000 block of McAlister Avenue, North Chicago was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, speeding 40+ mph over the limit, illegal transportation of alcohol, resisting arrest, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and having an in-state warrant after police conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Andean Place at 4:43 a.m. on May 30. Guadarrama-Dominguez was transported to bond court in Waukegan.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Jake D. Boedicker, 18, of the 1000 block of Andean Place, Highland Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a complaint in the 1000 block of Andean Place shortly before 4 p.m. on May 30. Boedicker was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of July 15, 2017 in Waukegan.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Zaire Kei Lewis, 21, of the 2100 block of Joanna Avenue, Zion was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and failure to stop at a stop sign after police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Park Avenue and Beverly Place at 9:52 p.m. on May 30. Lewis was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 28, 2017 in Park City.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Eric A. Wahlin, 20, of the 100 block of North Stewart Avenue in Libertyville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and operating a vehicle with expired registration after police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Half Day Road and Tennyson Lane at 10:20 a.m. on May 31. Lewis was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 28, 2017 in Park City.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Dhruv Snadipbhai Pandya, 25, of the 2200 block of Green Bay Road in North Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and driving without a lighted lamp after police conducted a traffic in the 3300 block of Skokie Valley Road at 3:15 a.m. on June 1. Pandya was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 28, 2017 in Park City.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Elaine Miller, 39, of the 1100 block of St. Johns Avenue in Highland Park, was arrested and charged with domestic battery after police responded to a complaint in the 1100 block of St. Johns Avenue at 3:05 a.m. in June 2. Miller was transported to bond court in Waukegan.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Deandre A. May, 27, of the 2500 block of Village Park Drive in Waukegan, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving while license suspended and improper lane usage after police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Skokie Valley Road and Old Elm Road shortly after 5 a.m. on June 3. May was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of July 14, 2017 in Waukegan.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Silvestre Villalba, 40, of the 300 block of North Highway Street in Brook, Indiana was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after police responded to a traffic accident in the 2500 block of Skokie Valley Road at 10:39 a.m. on June 3. Villalba was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 28, 2017 in Park City.

BURGLARY

Karlester T. Dorsey, 19, of the 400 block of Liberty Street, Waukegan was arrested and charged with burglary after police investigated an incident that took place in the 2000 block of First Street shortly after 2 a.m. on June 5. Dorsey was transported to bond court in Waukegan.

INCIDENTS

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

On May 31 at 10:16 a.m., it was reported that someone damaged a parked vehicle located in the 400 block of Central Avenue approximately two weeks prior.

THEFT

On June 2 shortly before 2 p.m., it was reported that someone stole an item from a facility located in the 200 block of Leonard Wood between January 2017 and June 2017.

THEFT

On June 2 at 2:15 p.m., it was reported that someone stole an item from a residence located in the 0-100 block of Hazel Avenue at approximately 6:30 p.m. on June 1.

THEFT

On June 3 at 10:40 a.m., it was reported that a business located in the 1800 block of Sheridan Road misplaced the alleged victim’s personal items on March 1, 2017 and have yet to return the items or provide compensation.

On June 4 at 12:53 p.m. it was reported that a business never performed work on a residence in the 300 block of Moraine Road after receiving payment.
