For over 35 years, the North Shore School of Dance (NSSD) has been a leader in dance education and professional training. Our dedicated faculty provides high-quality instruction in a nurturing, disciplined, and inspiring environment. We strive to educate the mind, body, and soul—honoring the tradition of dance as an art form. At NSSD, we don’t just teach routines—we teach students how to dance. Our training builds confidence, discipline, and lifelong skills Classes are offered in ballet, pointe, modern, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, Pre-school dance, Mommy and me, and adult classes.

HIGHLAND PARK &amp; BUFFALO GROVE, IL (April 22 &amp; 23, 2016) – <a href="http://soul2soledance.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Soul2Sole Dance Inc</a>. is proud to announce two of its students have been chosen to dance on stage with Justin Bieber on his <a href="http://www.justinbiebermusic.com" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">The Purpose World Tour</a>, Friday and Saturday, April 22nd and 23rd at Rosemont's Allstate Arena. Shapiro will take the stage with Bieber on Friday, while Ohel will have her time in the spotlight on Saturday night. Hannah Ohel (11), of Long Grove, and Jordyn Shapiro (11) of Highland Park, were among thousands of young performers to send in videos of themselves dancing for a chance to perform on stage with Justin Bieber for his The Purpose World Tour. The Tour will land in Chicago next Friday and Saturday April 22nd and 23rd. Out of the thousands of videos sent in, only four kids per night will get the chance to actually step on stage to perform the tour choreography. Ohel and Shapiro made the cut and will be two of those four on stage dancing alongside the mega-pop star.
