Sunday August 21 will be our 5th show of the season.
The 80's are the theme, 1986 specifically. It seems like 30 years ago was just yesterday. Dynasty and Family Ties were big on television. Madonna, Whitney Houston, The Bangles were making hits on the music charts. Reagan was President. I will never forget sitting my class and finding out the Space Shuttle Challenger had exploded on takeoff. Shoulder pads were still in and Top Gun was at the movies. So many memories, big and small! We'll celebrate them all on August 21st.
The Vintage Garage always features a tons of vintage home decor, midcentury modern, kitsch, vintage clothing, vintage jewelry, collectibles and so much more .

Below is all of the relevant info about the Vintage Garage, August 21. I have attached a few photos, including a few great photos from last year's August show. There will be lots of great outfits and vintage Chicago street style is well represented. We'll be passing out Garagebucks to spend or season passes for the best ones!
On the 3rd Sunday we host about 100 vendors in an empty parking garage at Broadway and Argyle. Vintage furniture, clothing, jewelry, decor, art and more. Dealers save their best Midcentury for May and best vinyl records for June and October. Old vintage Chicago things get saved for September and 80s for August. We are Chicago's only all-vintage monthly market.
