Zumba for HPHS Charity Drive Gets Community Moving

Students, staff and community dance to raise money for HPHS Charity Drive 2016

On February 10, Highland Park High School Key Club hosted a Zumba Fundraiser for Charity Drive 2016 at the Lutz Center in Highland Park. At the event, over 75 participants danced and live drummers played to songs led by area Zumba Instructors. HPHS staff members and Key Club Advisors Liane Fitzgerald and Loretta Bernardi ensured a dance party for all who came to help raise money for Charity Drive 2016 recipient College Bound Opportunities (CBO).  CBO provides under-resourced high school students in the North Shore with ACT Prep classes, assistance with college applications, financial assistance for college, and mentorship. Everyone had a blast at the Zumba Fundraiser for HPHS Charity Drive 2016!
