2 Arrested In Hinsdale On DUI Charges: Cops
Both refused testing to determine their blood-alcohol content, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:
- A 29-year-old man from Villa Park was arrested about 7 p.m. Monday at Madison and Walnut streets on charges of DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, and illegal standing, stopping or parking where prohibited. Police said they were called about a driver stopped in traffic. Officers found an open container of alcohol in the passenger compartment. The man refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 52-year-old man from Chicago was arrested shortly after midnight Monday at Route 83 and 31st Street on charges of DUI and improper lighting. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A resident in the 100 block of South Clay Street told police Friday that someone opened credit card accounts using the resident's identity.
