2 Hinsdale DUIs: Sleeping Behind Wheel
Both men refused testing to determine their sobriety, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:
DUI
- A 45-year-old Chicago man was arrested about 10 a.m. Dec. 20 in the 500 block of South Lincoln Street on charges of DUI and illegal standing, stopping or parking. He was seen asleep behind the wheel of a running car. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 42-year-old Melrose Park man was arrested about 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Minneola and Justina streets on a charge of DUI (drugs). He was seen asleep behind the wheel of a parked car. He refused testing to determine his sobriety. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 34-year-old Downers Grove man was arrested about 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI, speeding, failure to yield to emergency vehicles and expired registration. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

- A 27-year-old Joliet man was arrested about 3 p.m. Friday at 55th Street and Taft Road on a charge of criminal trespassing of a car. He was stopped for a vehicle registration inquiry. He was driving a car that was stolen in Chicago. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
