2 Hinsdale Fraud Suspects Target Older Person: Cops

They were trying to withdraw $4,500 from a victim's bank account, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – A man and a woman were arrested last week during a bank fraud in progress, police said.

Police were called about 4 p.m. Feb. 9 to Hinsdale Bank & Trust, 25 E. First St.

They arrested Lisa M. Conry, 42, of Orland Park, and Thomas J. Hoekstra, 57, of Palos Heights, on felony charges of aggravated identity theft involving a victim over 60.

The pair tried to withdraw $4,500 from the victim's bank account, police said.

They were taken to the DuPage County Jail. They were still there Thursday, with their bonds set at $1,000.
