4 Suspected In Hinsdale Home Burglary: Police

HINSDALE, IL – A house in Hinsdale's Woodlands subdivision was burglarized nearly two weeks ago, with four people suspected of the crime, Hinsdale police said in a statement Friday.

The suspects shattered the back patio glass door to get in, police said.

Afterward, police detectives developed information on the suspects' car. Based on that lead, officers in the Indianapolis area stopped the car in question, took four men into custody and recovered unique jewelry stolen from the Hinsdale house, according to the statement.

Detectives are coordinating warrants, extradition and indictments against the suspects, police said.

Police said they would release the names once charges are filed.
