$5,000 Reward Offered for Info in Willowbrook Attack and Sexual Assault

The Illinois Crime Commission is offering a $5,000 reward for information that would help find a man who brutally attacked a woman Saturday at her Willowbrook home.

Law enforcement officials believe they may have found the suspect’s dark blue Nissan Altima on Monday in Brookfield, but the manhunt continues.

The suspect is black, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 160 to 180 pounds and is in his 30s, according to the police description. He wore a blue shirt, dark khaki shorts and white socks. He wears dreadlock curls and was unshaven, police said.

The woman who was attacked fought back, and she had six broken bones in her face and 17 stab wounds.
