Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Guinness

Guinness is a five and half month old, three-legged pup looking for a home.

HINSDALE, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at Hinsdale Humane Society. This week's 'Adoptable Pet' is Guinness the dog, who is available for adoption at the humane society.

According to the society, Guinness is a sweet, 5 and a half month old male, who was found wandering a highway on a ramp near the Hinsdale Humane Society. The society tried to find his family, but could not.

Guinness' hind leg was broken badly and required surgery. The society said doctors worked hard to save his leg, but it was not possible, and now he is a three-legged pup. Guinness is fully recovered, and doesn't seem to realize he is missing anything at all.
