HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
Burglary
Someone stole tools from an unlocked van about May 3 in the 300 block of North Vine Street. The victim confronted the suspect, who shoved him and drove away in a gold Chrysler minivan. The burglary was reported more than a week later. The case is pending.
A 19-year-old Clarendon Hills man who lives on 56th Place was arrested about 8 a.m. Wednesday on a misdemeanor trespassing charge. The man was accused of entering Hinsdale Central High School's premises without lawful business. Nine hours later, he was charged at Hinsdale United Methodist Church, 955 Garfield Ave., with trespassing, disorderly conduct and possession of tobacco by someone under 21. Police said he refused to leave when asked. He was given a court date and then released.
Aggravated DUI
Susana Perez, 39, of Des Plaines, was arrested shortly after midnight Wednesday at Eighth and Lincoln streets on charges of aggravated DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license, resisting an officer, obstructing identification, and illegal stopping or parking where prohibited. Police said Perez stopped in the middle of the street and gave false identifying information. She refused testing to determine her blood-alcohol content. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
