CLARENDON HILLS, IL – A downtown Clarendon Hills restaurant closed this week, but it has another suburban location.
Brama La Pizza, 34 S. Prospect Ave., gave its customers five days' notice on social media about the shutdown. Its last day was Sunday.
Brama La Pizza opened in Clarendon Hills in 2017. Three years ago, it opened its second pizzeria in Palos Hills.
In its announcement last week, Brama did not give a reason for closing.
"Thank you for your loyalty, your support, and for allowing us to be part of your lives over the past nine years," the restaurant said on Facebook. "The memories we've made together will stay with us forever, and we hope this isn't goodbye – just 'see you again.'"
