What We Need on the Field

• Patience & Positivity: You guide young learners—from toddlers taking their first steps to growing kids—with a supportive, encouraging heart.
• A Passion for Leading: You truly enjoy coaching children ages 18 months to 9 years as they build fundamental skills.

What You Do as a Coach

You use soccer as a tool to support early childhood development. Our structured curriculum helps kids build coordination, confidence, and teamwork in a fun, pressure-free environment tailored to their specific age group. You do not need professional playing experience—if you love leading little ones and know how to keep things fun, we provide all the training you need.
