Through a public records request, Patch obtained the heavily redacted report from Westmont police.

The incident occurred about 6:30 p.m. Aug. 23 at a Westmont nursing home, Burgess Square Healthcare and Rehab Centre, 5801 S. Cass Ave., police said.

The police report referred to the man's admission, but said the man did not elaborate about what led to the kiss.

The man was taken to the police station and released.

The report said an officer spoke with a patient care technician at the nursing home, but did not indicate that person's role in the case.
