Animal Cruelty At Hinsdale Gas Station: Cops
A witness told police that a man was beating up his dog, report said.
HINSDALE, IL — A DeKalb man was charged last week after he was seen punching and kicking his dog while in the parking lot of a Hinsdale gas station, police said.
Charles A. Cole, 25, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty, police said. A witness reported the cruelty to police about 8 p.m. Thursday at Shell gas station, 210 E. Ogden Ave.
According to police, a companion inside Cole's vehicle took possession of the dog.

Cole was released and given a date to appear in court.
