Babysitting Class Held In Clarendon Hills

CLARENDON HILLS, IL — The Clarendon Hills Park District's informative and educational Babysitters Training class returns to the Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Avenue, between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 14.

The park district said the class is designed for tweens and teens ages 11-15. The American Red Cross class focuses on providing information on basic child care, first aid, home safety, handling emergencies, and how to develop a thriving babysitting business.

The $75 resident ($90 non-resident) fee includes all lessons, as well as a workbook, emergency guide and American Red Cross Babysitters Certificate.

Advance registration at the Clarendon Hills Park District is required for all participants.
