Battery Charge Against Clarendon Hills Man: Cops
The man threatened and struck someone in Westmont, police said.
WESTMONT, IL – A Clarendon Hills man was arrested last week in Westmont after he threatened someone and struck the person in the head with an object, police said.
Tony Bays, 56, of the 5500 block of Tennessee Avenue, was charged with aggravated assault and battery that causes bodily harm, police said.
The incident occurred about 11:30 p.m. Monday in the 10 block of South Lincoln Street in Westmont, police said.

Bays was released on his own recognizance.
