Beauty and the Beast, Jr. Heads to Clarendon Hills Park District

Come sing, dance and act with the Clarendon Hills Park District this summer!! The popular Musical Theatre Camp will return to town this season, presenting a magical performance of Disney's "Beauty and the Beast, Jr." Young singers, dancers and actors ages 8-17 are encouraged to register for this program which will meet from 4:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, June 11-July 19. All camp rehearsals are held at the Clarendon Hills Middle School. Performances of the show will take place on Wednesday, July 18 and Thursday, July 19. Popular local director Suzanne Andersen will be heading up this camp once again this year. This program cultivates a welcoming, all-inclusive atmosphere -- all participants have a part in this show. There's even time set aside to learn about set design, costumes, props and lighting. Cost of this program is $278.00 for residents of Clarendon Hills; $347.00 for residents of surrounding communities. Please register for this activity on or before May 25.
