Burr Ridge Man Shoves Nurse In Hinsdale: Cops

Man was arrested on a felony charge more than two months after a warrant was issued, police said.

HINSDALE, IL — A Burr Ridge man is accused of shoving a nurse a few months ago at the hospital in Hinsdale, police said this week.

Ryan J. Davis, 39, was arrested Thursday on a felony charge of aggravated battery to a nurse at the hospital, 120 N. Oak St. It was while the nurse was performing her duties, police said.

The incident happened Nov. 30, and a warrant for Davis was signed Dec. 8, police said. It then took 2½ months for his arrest. He posted bond and was released.
