Cars Stolen, Burglarized In Hinsdale: Cops

HINSDALE, IL — Several car burglaries and vehicle thefts have taken place in Hinsdale over the last week. Police said the incidents occurred during the early morning hours, and entry was gained to garages using garage door openers from unlocked vehicles in the driveway.

Police said two cars were stolen due to the keys that were left in the vehicles. Several unlocked cars were also burglarized.

Hinsdale Police remind residents to lock vehicles parked in your driveway and to remove the keys from your car if it is parked in the garage.
