Clarendon Hills Park District Adult Day Trip On the Calendar For September 15

Here's Johnny: Come Visit the Museum of Broadcast Communications with Neighbors and Friends!

The Clarendon Hills Park District has scheduled an adult day trip to Chicago's Museum of Broadcast Communications on Thursday, September 15. The park district group will pay a visit to the new location of this popular museum, which features exhibits on radio and television programs made famous in Chicago. A special exhibit on "The Tonight Show" and Johnny Carson's tremendous contribution to entertainment will delight guests on this tour. A delicious buffet luncheon will be served at Harry Carey's following the museum tour. There is a $72.00 fee for this trip -- please register at the Clarendon Hills Park District, 315 E. Chicago Avenue, by Monday, August 15. On the day of the tour, transportation will depart from and return to the Church of the Holy Nativity, 275 S. Richmond Avenue. The excursion will leave Clarendon Hills at 9:15 a.m. and will return to the western suburbs by 4:30 p.m..
