Clarendon Hills Park District Plans Earth Day Celebration
The Clarendon Hills Park District will celebrate Earth Day on Saturday, April 21.

CLARENDON HILLS, IL — The Clarendon Hills Park District will celebrate Earth Day on Saturday, April 21. Children and their parents interested in saving the earth will want to come out to Prospect Park Pavilion between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., the park district said.
The festivities, which are all free of charge, include Earth Day games, face painting, sidewalk chalk art, and the opportunity to plant a spring flower. There will be stations set up where local residents can recycle gym shoes and used crayons. Healthy snacks will also be served.
