Clarendon Hills Park District In the Market for Some "Spook-Tacular" Real Estate

It's not too late to enter the Clarendon Hills Park District's Annual Halloween House Decorating Contest! A team of friendly ghosts from the Community Center will fly across town between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24 to select three "boo-tiful" homes for the top prizes. All judging will be based upon creativity, originality and the arrangement of seasonal designs. The only rule of the contest is that homeowners must install and set up all decorations! To enter the contest, please e-mail valeriel@clarendonhillsparkdistrict.org no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21, including your family name and home address. In-person registration is also being accepted at the Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Avenue, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. The winning homes will be announced at the Clarendon Hills Park District's Pumpkin Decorating Night event in Prospect Park on October 27.
