Clarendon Hills Park District: New Brochure In the Mail

Fun, Fitness and Family Activities: Resident Registration Begins November 16

The Clarendon Hills Park District’s Winter/Spring 2016 Program Brochure will be mailed to all resident households within the Clarendon Hills Park District on Friday, November 13. Resident registration will begin on Monday, November 16, with non-resident registration opening on Monday, November 23. Park district patrons are reminded that households registered with the park district’s Rec Trac system are eligible for on-line registration. In-person registration is available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays at the Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Avenue. The colorful program guide contains detailed information on outdoor ice skating at Prospect and Hosek Parks, and updates on the sledding hills at Prospect and Park Avenue Parks.  As an added seasonal attraction, the Clarendon Hills Park District will sponsor a snowman photo contest over the winter months.  New programs detailed in the brochure include:  Mommy and Me Yoga, Battle Royale, Ski Trips for tweens and teens, Basic Digital Photography, and two new classes presented by Mad Science -- Rocket Science and Dinosaurs.  For more information on winter and spring programs at the Clarendon Hills Park District, please call 630-323-2626.
