Clarendon Hills Park District Plans New Year's Events

Several New Year's Eve events are planned at the Clarendon Hills Park District.

CLARENDON HILLS, IL —The Clarendon Hills Park District continues to celebrate the holiday season with various events, including a gingerbread house decorating which took place Dec. 14. The park district said kids, with some help from parents, decorated their own pre-assembled gingerbread house with frostings and candies. All of the kids went home with their gingerbread houses.

More holiday events are still planned at the park district including: "Auld Lang Syne and the Fabulous Fifties," which is an early New Year's Eve party for adults set to run on Dec. 27 and "Itsy Bitsy New Year's Eve," a family celebration scheduled for Friday, Dec. 28.
