Clarendon Hills Park District Presents Fall Photo Gallery

CLARENDON HILLS, IL — The Clarendon Hills Park District will present a fall photo gallery on its Facebook during the month of October. The park district said “Fall Into The Parks” is the theme for the photo gallery , and a new park will be featured each week.

Clarendon Hills residents can send in their favorite nature photos over the next several weeks. All submissions may be emailed to valeriel@clarendonhillsparkdistrict.org.

The park district said Blackhawk Park will be featured the week of Oct. 1, and nature photos shot at Hosek Park will be on display the week of Oct. 8. Photos taken at Prospect Park will be displayed on the Facebook Page the week of Oct. 15, followed by Steeves Park for the week of Oct. 22. Lastly, Kruml Park will be the final park featured the week of Oct. 29.

The Clarendon Hills Park District said it is seeking pictures of colorful autumn leaves, tall trees, sunny skies, seasonal sunsets – along with snapshots of some of the animals and birds that make their homes in the network of parks. You should include your name with each submission, and all photos should be shared by the Sunday before each gallery is posted.
