Complaint Against Hinsdale D-86 Employee Denied
The board was divided along its usual lines in the vote. Members likely discussed the matter behind closed doors.
DARIEN, IL – A majority of the Hinsdale High School District 86 board voted Thursday to reject a complaint against an employee.
Board members did not discuss the complaint before voting. They likely talked about the matter during an earlier closed session.
The board majority concluded it found no violation of law or policy. Members did not identify the employee.

The board voted 4-3 to reject the complaint. Board President Terri Walker and members Erik Held, Cynthia Hanson and Kathleen Hirsman comprised the majority, while Peggy James, Debbie Levinthal and Jeff Waters supported the complaint.

In February, the board divided along the same lines to reject a complaint against Superintendent Tammy Prentiss and her administrative chief of staff, Debra Kedrowski.
A resident said the two employees committed retaliatory, harassing and bullying conduct in the handling of public records requests.
