Nurse's Video Shows Physician's Assistant Fondling Underage Patient: Complaint
The physician assistant's licenses have been suspended and he's on leave from practice.

A physician assistant had his licenses suspended after he was seen fondling the genitals of an underage patient who was sedated, according to records from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Office.
David Jonathan Tan of Hinsdale had both his licenses — one to practice as a physician assistant and one to write prescriptions — suspended July 15 “based on unprofessional and immoral conduct.”
A nurse present during the procedure took video of the fondling with her cell phone, according to the Chicago Tribune, and she contacted her supervisor.
