Darien Woman Among Hinsdale DUI Arrests: Police
Hinsdale man charged with DUI in Westmont, report says.
HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale police arrested four people, including a Darien woman, on charges of DUI in recent days. Here is information from the reports:
- Lindsey N. Schwarz, 27, of Darien, was arrested about 3 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of East Ninth Street on a charge of DUI. She refused testing to determine her blood-alcohol content. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Sergiu Ciumac, 38, of Seattle, was arrested shortly before midnight Monday in the 10 block of East Maple Street on charges of DUI and transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver.
- Juan Acevedo Renteria, 26, of Streamwood, was arrested about 3 a.m. Friday at 55th Street and Interstate 294 on charges of DUI and speeding more than 35 mph over the limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Francisco E. Valencia, 28, of Joliet, was arrested about 1 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI, speeding, improper lane use and disobeying a traffic signal. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
From a Westmont Police Department report:
- Gustavo Sosa Rostan, 46, of Hinsdale, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Saturday on a charge of DUI and improper lane usage. He was released on his own recognizance.
