Decorate Gingerbread Houses With Clarendon Hills Park District

CLARENDON HILLS, IL — Clarendon Hills Park District will host a Gingerbread House Decorating on Friday, Dec. 8 for kids ages 5-12. The event, which will be held from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. at the Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Ave., is a great way to celebrate the season with friends.

Kids will create a custom gingerbread house, which is perfect as a gift or a holiday centerpiece. The park district said each child will receive a pre-assembled gingerbread house and an assortment of colorful candies and icing. Pizza and soft drinks are included in the $20 resident ($22 non-resident) fee.

You must register for the event by Dec. 1.
