Disorderly Conduct, Porch Piracy: Hinsdale Cops

A man is accused of acting in a threatening manner at a local gas station, report says.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:

Disorderly conduct

  • Adam D. Conklin, 23, of Willowbrook, was cited about 10:30 p.m. July 5 at Mobil gas station, 8 W. Chicago Ave., on a charge of disorderly conduct. The victims reported Conklin was acting in an alarming and threatening manner. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

  • A package delivered to an apartment door June 27 in the 5500 block of South Madison Street was stolen or went missing. It contained a 3D printer valued at $515. The report was filed July 6.

Alcohol in car

  • Adrei L. Tamas, 18, of Hinsdale, was cited about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hinsdale Avenue and Vine Street on charges of alcohol (zero tolerance) and speeding. He was in possession of an open container of alcohol. He submitted to testing that indicated he had consumed alcohol. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

Window damaged

  • A window of a front door at the Institute in Basic Life Principles, 707 W. Ogden Ave., was damaged Wednesday. It was a few days after another incident involving damage.

Bicycle stolen

  • A locked bicycle was stolen between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Friday from a bike rack at Hinsdale and Garfield avenues. It was valued at $500.
