Domestic Battery, Credit Card Fraud: Hinsdale Police Reports

Hinsdale Police reports through Nov. 14.

The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Domestic Battery

  • Keerthana Suresh, 38, of the 800 block of North County Line Road, was arrested at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 9 in the 800 block of County Line for domestic battery. The victim reported Suresh pulled her to the ground and poured hot tea on her causing burns to her back. Suresh was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Theft

  • A resident reported her purse stolen sometime between 12 p.m. Oct. 15 and 3:30 p.m. Nov. 8 at Manorcare, 600 W. Ogden. Currency and a driver's license were missing after the resident was moved to a different room.

Credit Card Fraud

  • A known suspect purchased a handbag using a credit card that was declined at 12 p.m. Nov. 7 at Alexandra Collections, 40 S. Washington.
