Domestic Battery, Theft: Hinsdale Police Reports

The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Domestic Battery

• Ryan Miller, 20, of the 500 block of North Grant Street, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. Dec. 24 for domestic battery, criminal damage to property and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
• James Arnold, 47, of the 5500 block of South Madison, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. Dec. 31 in the 5500 block of South Madison for domestic battery. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Theft

• Two purses, a watch and a charger were stolen from a bedroom in a house in the 500 block of York Road sometime between 12 p.m. Aug. 1 and 3:14 p.m. Dec. 28. Victim had workers in her house during the time frame the items went missing. The total value of the items were $3,820.
