Drunken Driving, Theft: Hinsdale Blotter

Police arrest two Westmont residents on charges of DUI.

HINSDALE, IL — The Hinsdale Police Department released its weekly blotter, which included two arrests on drunken-driving charges. Here's the information from the blotter:

A theft from a car was reported between 10:30 and 11 a.m. Jan. 28 in the 10 block of West First Street. A front license plate was removed from the car while it was legally parked.

  • Jovany Gutierrez Torres, 20, of Cicero, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 29 at Ogden Avenue and Salt Creek Lane on charges of no valid driver's license and speeding. The suspect was released to appear in court.
  • A suspect sent threatening messages to a victim Jan. 31 in the 100 block of West 59th Street. The case is pending.
  • William C. Koziel, 26, of Westmont, was arrested shortly before 12:30 a.m. Jan. 30 in the 10 block of East 55th Street on charges of DUI, speeding, driving an uninsured vehicle and illegal transportation of open alcohol. Police found a flask in the center console of the car. It contained a clear liquid. The suspect refused a blood-alcohol test. He was released to appear in court.
  • Carly A. Stonesifer, 35, of Downers Grove, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Jan. 30 in the 200 block of East 55th Street on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving without a registration light. The suspect was released to appear in court.
  • Calvin Albert Adriani, 24, of Westmont, was arrested about 11 p.m. Feb. 1 at Maumell Street and York Road on charges of DUI, speeding and making a turn without signaling. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released to appear in court.
