HINSDALE, IL- The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Possession of Marijuana
- Dakota Kizziah, 19, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. March 14 in the 200 block of West Ogden after being stopped for speeding. Kizziah was charged with speeding, driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Battery

- Patrick Gareis, 51, Naperville, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. March 18 after an incident with an Uber Driver at Garfield and Ninth Street. He was charged with battery.
DUI
- Mary Moravek, 19, Burr Ridge, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. March 19 after being stopped for improper lane use at 55th and Madison streets. She was charged with DUI, improper lane usage and following too close.
