DUI
Peter L. Katsogianis, 34, of the 300 block of West 59th Street was stopped in the 700 block of York Road at 2:17 a.m. on Feb. 28 and charged with DUI – alcohol, improper lane use and uninsured motor vehicle.

Identity Theft
A Hinsdale resident reported on Feb. 28 that someone filed a business application and attempted to open a credit card using the victim’s identity on Feb. 22.

Burglary
Jose Antonio Corral, 41, of Chicago was charged with two counts of burglary and one count of theft in connection with reports made at the Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, 248 E. Ogden Ave. between Feb. 27 and Feb. 28. On Feb. 27, a victim reported an employee was observed on camera taking money from the cash register. Victim estimated $601 was taken from the register. On Feb. 28, the victim reported the suspect was observed forcing entry to the business and rummaged through office desk drawers.
