DUI Suspect Had 6 Kids In Car: Hinsdale Cops
Children were improperly restrained when police stopped man early Sunday morning, report says.
HINSDALE, IL — A man with six children in his car was stopped early Sunday morning and charged with DUI, according to a Hinsdale police report.
Arcadio Quiroz-Ramirez, 37, of Streamwood, was also charged with improper lane use and child restraint violations. Police said the six children were not properly seated in child seats or properly fastened by seat belts. He was stopped about 1:30 a.m. in the 10 block of East Ogden Avenue.
According to the report, Quiroz-Ramirez appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit.
