DUIs, Fraudulent Charges: Hinsdale Cops
Two drivers were arrested on DUI charges on Ogden Avenue, police say.
HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is the information from the reports:
- Victor Hernandez Santiago, 28, of Waukegan, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of West Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI and speeding. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Brittany N. Mitchell, 22, of Chicago, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of West Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI and improper lighting. She submitted to testing that indicated she was over the legal limit. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A resident in the 900 block of Cleveland Road told police Thursday that someone made fraudulent charges using the resident's debit card information. The crimes happened between June 1 and Aug. 5.
