Eggs Thrown At House, Possession Of Heroin: Hinsdale Police Reports
Hinsdale Police reports through Oct. 17.
The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Possession of Cannabis
- Sergio Vargas, 21, of Chicago, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. Oct. 12 in the 500 block of East Ogden for possession of cannabis over 30 grams.
Criminal Damage To Property

- A suspect threw eggs at the victim's front door and windows of a residence in the 100 block of West 59th Street sometime between 2 p.m. Oct. 9 and 1 p.m. Oct. 12.
Possession of Controlled Substance
- Dean Simmons, 28, of Burr Ridge, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. July 1 and a warrant arrest was made Oct. 17. A warrant was issued for Simmons after lab results came back positive for heroin. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
