Elf Mascot Returns To Clarendon Hills Park District

CLARENDON HILLS, — Dodge the elf will return to Clarendon Hills this holiday season. The park district said the elf mascot named Dodge will make surprise appearances at local parks, at the Community Center, at classes, programs and special events every Wednesday and Friday until Dec. 21.

If you see this happy fellow, snap a picture and post your photo to the Clarendon Hills Park District's Facebook Page or to #founddodge. The park district said the first individual or family to post a photo on each day of the contest will win a special prize. This year, Dodge will be wearing several handmade costumes as he continues his journey through the Clarendon Hills Park District.

Virginia Norris, a special volunteer and friend of the park district, has created several outfits for our tiny mascot as he celebrates the holidays across town. Dodge could be seen in ski gear, as an ornament or even a snowman.
