Fluid Running Class Offered In Clarendon Hills

Fluid Running has revolutionized fitness by bringing running to the deep water of swimming pools.

CLARENDON HILLS, IL — The Clarendon Hills Park District's Lions Park Pool will hold a one time, complimentary Fluid Running class between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 2 at the aquatics center, 100 Byrd Court, Clarendon Hills.

The park district said the class is open to older teens and adults ages 16 and up. Fluid Running has revolutionized fitness by bringing running to the deep water of swimming pools, eliminating the impact of land running while providing outstanding cardiovascular and muscular benefits. The class is set to upbeat music and is taught by certified instructors.

Advance registration is required at the Clarendon Hills Park District Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Ave. Throughout the summer months, the Clarendon Hills Park District will offer a regular series of Fluid Running throughout the week.
