Halloween Hound Hunt: New to Clarendon Hills Park District

A Howling Good Time on Saturday, October 10

There will be all treats and no tricks when the Clarendon Hills Park District hosts its very first Halloween Hound Hunt between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 10 at the Prospect Park Pavilion.

Families and their four-legged friends will follow clues which will lead them on a mini-scavenger hunt around the park. Orange and black plastic eggs will reveal some very special treats for canine companions enjoying this event. Pets and their owners are encouraged to come in costumes for this Halloween celebration! There will even be a costume contest and an eating contest for the dogs enjoying this fall day in the park.

Representatives from several pet friendly organizations will be on hand to make this day even more special. All dogs must remain leashed at all times. There is a $10.00 fee per dog for Clarendon Hills families and a $13.00 charge per dog for dogs living in nearby towns.
