Halloween House Decorating Contest Hosted In Clarendon Hills

CLARENDON HILLS, IL — The Clarendon Hills Park District's Fourth Annual Halloween House Decorating Contest is seeking out the most "boo-tiful" homes in Clarendon Hills. According to the park district, the judging will take place between 6 and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25.

The park district said judging will be based on originality, creativity and arrangement of seasonal designs. The only rule of the contest is that all set up must be done by the homeowner and members of his or her immediate family.

To participate in this event, email your family name and household address to valeriel@clarendonhillsparkdistrict.org no later than Monday, Oct. 23. The park district said the top three homes will all receive gift cards to restaurants in the area. Winning houses will be announced on the Clarendon Hills Park District's Facebook Page on Friday, Octo. 27.
