Happy Campers!

It's not too late to sign up for a summer of "fun in the sun" with a Clarendon Hills Park District Day Camp! The first day of programming will begin on Monday, June 12 and parents are reminded that registration for Session I of both Camp Imagination and Camp MVP (Sports Camp) will close on Wednesday, June 7. Both of these camps are designed for boys and girls entering kindergarten through fifth grades in the fall, with Session I running from June 12 through June 22. Camp Imagination meets from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays at the Clarendon Hills Middle School, and offers a new theme each day which incorporates all crafts, activities, games, songs, entertainment, and dress-up suggestions! There are even water days and inflatable days throughout the summer. All campers are reminded to bring a non-perishable lunch and water bottle to camp each day! Session I has a $156.00 resident ($195.00 non-resident) for two weeks of programming. Session II of this program will be held between June 26-July 6 (no camp on the Fourth of July), while Session III is slated to run between July 10-July 20. Session IV, which will conclude the 2017 camp season, will be held between July 24-August 3. Prospective campers may register for any combination of sessions this year! Camp MVP is an afternoon sports camp which meets from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. , Mondays through Thursdays, at the Clarendon Hills Middle School. Capture the Flag, Ultimate Frisbee, Flag Tag, Pac Man, and Ultimate Relays will delight campers each week. There will even be time for traditional sports including baseball, basketball, and football! Each week also includes a water day and themed entertainment. The session dates for this camp are consistent with scheduling for Camp Imagination. Session I of Camp MVP has a $142.00 resident ($178.00 non-resident) fee. All registration takes place at the Clarendon Hills Park District Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Avenue. Regular business hours are from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Families with a household account in the park district's Rec Trac system may register on-line.
